Strength & Conditioning

Ollin Atlético Strength & Conditioning is a 45 minute course that combines weight lifting, plyometrics, cardio all wrapped in one. You don’t need to be an expert to begin. We strive in helping you learn proper movement to get the best workout for your body type.

Cardio Kickboxing

Our Cardio Kickboxing program is a high energy 45 minute class that has you sweating, punching, and kicking out the calories! You’ll use all the basics: punching kicking, kneeing and even elbowing for a total body workout. Whether in-person or virtually through our live videos you’ll be able to get that much needed workout in.
