Ernie Reyes’ West Coast World Martial Arts

Our martial arts program follows the curriculum of Hall of Famers Great Grand Master Ernie Reyes Sr. and Great Grand Master Tony Thompson, both legends in the martial arts world. We build a strong foundation, progressing into stand-up combat techniques while emphasizing essential self-defense skills. Our program develops focus, self-discipline, and resilience, challenging students physically and mentally in a supportive, empowering, and fun environment. Designed for ages four to adult, it fosters growth, confidence, and enjoyment on the journey to black belt.

Strength & Conditioning

Ollin Atlético Strength & Conditioning is a 45 minute course that combines weight lifting, plyometrics, cardio all wrapped in one. You don’t need to be an expert to begin. We strive in helping you learn proper movement to get the best workout for your body type.

Cardio Kickboxing

Our Cardio Kickboxing program is a high-energy, 45-minute class that gets you sweating, punching, and kicking out the calories! Designed for all fitness levels, men and women, this total-body workout incorporates punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Train in a supportive community while building strength, endurance, and confidence.
